A Founding Team Built For This Problem
Strength forged in decades of experience

AuraGxP exists because Vikas Agarwal, PhD, spent 25+ years on the buying side of the tools it replaces — and never found one built the way the work actually runs. Across CDO and operating roles, he stood up QMS programs, governed the CRO and CDMO relationships that quality depends on, and owned the vendor and spend management controls wrapped around them. He saw the same structural gap every time: quality, vendor, and spend management run as separate systems that don't talk, so compliant operations become a tax on time and capital instead of a source of leverage.
AuraGxP is the platform he couldn't buy. Quality, vendor, and spend management — integrated and engineered for the operational realities of modern life sciences biotechs and built to make compliant operations a competitive advantage rather than a cost of doing business.

With nearly five decades of software engineering expertise, Neil has shaped the evolution of clinical research technology from its earliest days. Beginning his career at British Aerospace Dynamics Group, he transitioned into the life sciences sector over three decades ago—first as a consultant understanding clinical requirements at the ground level, then as a strategic architect building enterprise solutions. At eResearchTechnology, Neil spent 13 years as VP Technology Solutions, where he helped define the long-term vision for clinical operations software. When ERT's eClinical division merged with OmniComm Systems, he transitioned to Senior Director, leading business solutions for a major consolidator in the clinical software market. He continued this trajectory through Anju Software's acquisition of OmniComm, consistently translating complex clinical workflows into scalable, robust technology.
Neil brings rare institutional knowledge of how the life sciences technology landscape evolved—the standards that emerged, the operational challenges that shaped solutions, and the strategic thinking required to serve demanding clinical clients. A physics and engineering graduate with an MSc in Information Technology, he combines deep technical credibility with pragmatic business insight.
Joining AuraGxP, Neil brings this 30-year depth in clinical software and solutions architecture to help drive AuraGxP forward—grounded in hands-on experience of what actually works in regulated clinical environments.
